FAQ

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around the widest part of your dog's neck and add 2–3cm for comfort. If your dog is between sizes we recommend sizing up. Check the size chart photo in the product images for full measurements. Our collars fit dogs from small breeds right up to large breeds.

How long does delivery take?

Each collar is made to order and estimated delivery is 10–14 days. Many customers receive theirs sooner — we pride ourselves on getting your personalised collar to you as quickly as possible.

What do I put in the personalisation box?

Simply enter your dog's name on the first line and your phone number on the second line. For example: Bella / 0422 816 613.

Is the engraving permanent?

Yes, the engraving is laser engraved directly onto the solid brass nameplate and will not fade or scratch off with normal wear.

What if I enter the wrong details?

Please double check your dog's name and number before adding to cart as each collar is custom made to order. If you notice a mistake contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
